Arusha

Met at Kilimanjaro International Airport, cleared customs, and driven to Arusha town. The adventure begins with a gentle immersion into Tanzanian warmth.
Tarangire
Vast herds of elephant, baobab forests, and predators. Game drive with picnic lunch among the savannah and acacia woodland. Late afternoon drive to your lodge.
Lake Natron & Ol Doinyo Lengai
Drive through Maasai villages, visit the ruins of Engaruka. Evening at the soda lake with flamingos. After dinner, prepare for a midnight climb of the active volcano – a strenuous but unforgettable trek.
Lake Natron
Visit a Maasai boma, trek to a waterfall (bring swimwear!). Learn about the lesser flamingos that breed here. Return to camp for relaxation.
Engaresero to Karatu
Leisurely breakfast, then tour the hominid footprints before driving to the lush highlands of Karatu.
Lake Eyasi – Hadzabe & Datoga
Meet the Hadzabe hunter‑gatherers. Learn tracking, medicinal plants, and hunt with them using traditional poisons. Visit Datoga homesteads. Two full days of profound cultural immersion.
Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the crater floor. Grassland, Lerai forest, soda lake – home to 25,000+ mammals including rhino, lion, buffalo. Late afternoon drive to the rim lodge.
Ndutu / South Serengeti
En-route game drive to Ndutu. Search for large predators and herbivores in the rolling savannah. Serengeti’s abundance begins to unfold.
Ndutu full day
Full day game drive in the wildebeest migration breeding site (Dec‑Mar). Millions of wildebeest, zebra, and resident animals. Picnic lunch on the plains.
Olduvai Gorge & Lake Manyara
Morning game drive, then drive to Manyara via Olduvai Gorge (optional). Arrive at Lake Manyara for the night.
Lake Manyara & departure
Game drive in Lake Manyara – famous for tree‑climbing lions, flamingos, and elephants. Afternoon drive to Arusha for a day room, then transfer to the airport for your homeward flight.
